Customer Service Representative

At Comfort Squad, we’re extremely proud of every energetic, smart and highly motivated member of our team. From our experienced technicians to helpful office personnel, everyone is passionate about doing their best to serve our customers. What about you? Do you have the passion to be a part of our squad? Experience in the HVAC industry is certainly a plus, but we’re also willing to train you if you have the right attitude and the desire to learn.

**Activities**:

- Answer all incoming calls using company approved material
- Turn calls into booked appointments for our technicians
- Respond to all customer inquires in a timely manner, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience
- Sell company memberships and renew existing memberships
- Call by call debriefing with our technicians to ensure all jobs are being done correctly
- File paperwork for warranties, rebates, etc.
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer service

**Requirements**:

- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- High school education or equivalent required
- Some previous call center or customer service experience
- Skilled with phone communications, typing, dictation, math, and filing
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
