The Facilities Manager is responsible for directing an effective, overall maintenance and custodial program to include operation of the buildings, grounds and equipment. The manager will oversee a staff of maintenance and custodial technicians and ensure tasks are performed safely and in a proper manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our client, staff, and the community.
We are seeking a leader who shares our passion for superior service, and a motivating leader who challenges, mentors develops and retains outstanding hourly employees.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 Years of maintenance management experience
- Strong knowledge of facility and EVS maintenance procedures
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Amazing leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Experienced in employee management, accounting, and HR functions
- Experience managing a budget and purchasing supplies
- Mechanically inclined, understanding EVS industry language
- All applicable background checks and drug screens will be required prior to employment at this facility._
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
