**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- **Mail and Package Handling**:

- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- **Office Maintenance**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure common areas, such as the kitchen and conference rooms, are clean and well-stocked.
- **Reception Duties**:

- Provide backup support to the front desk by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room bookings.
- **Technology Use**:

- Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and liaise with IT support as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for office events and meetings.
