We have imported cheeses from over 50 countries, (in which we represent the top companies.) Besides ocean shipments, we are the #1 company with air imports.

Currently, we are looking for a well-organized A/R Administrative Assistant.

The responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

- answering phones
- scanning checks/running credit cards
- posting payments to customer accounts
- assisting customers with invoice requests and credit memos
- billing customer orders ( this requires you to be fast and accurate with a numeric keyboard)
- backup biller
- contacting past due accounts
- reaching out to customer references
- general office duties, including filing, data entry and running errands

The person in this position must be well organized and have a strong attention to detail.

Working hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The starting pay is $21.50/hour with overtime paid after 40 hours. There are a full range of benefits including SINGLE MEDICAL (80% PAID BY WB CHEESE). We also have holidays, personal days, vacation days, a 401K plan, and bonuses.

We are located in a modern office park in Armonk. Please note that public transportation is limited in the area.
