**WestRock is looking for a Multi-Site Maintenance Administrator to support our Allegan and Holland, MI locations.**

**Pay is cumulative with experience.**

**Role is not eligible for Sponsorship.**

**Career Opportunity**:
Assist the maintenance department manager by providing administrative assistance. Support maintenance workflow.


**Role Responsibilities**:

- Maintains daily work order spreadsheets.
- Logs incoming materials and machine parts into inventory control software system.
- Organize incoming parts.
- Updates inventory control software with parts used and ensures purchasing reorders low items.
- Maintains Preventative Maintenance software system, logs information and aids in scheduling work due.
- Assists other Westrock facilities with maintenance software selection and implementation.
- Assists in the development of the PM program
- Assists with contractor pricing reviews and scheduling
- Tracks direct purchases (field PO’s) and collects receipts.
- Maintains department metrics - KPI’s including safety data and work order tracking.
- Schedules and prepares agenda for department meetings.
- Sets department meetings and appointments.
- Answers phones, sorts and distributes mail. Maintains department communications.
- Facilitates department workflow - occasionally dispatching emergency repairs. Works with other facility staff to complete special assignments as needed
-for example, researching PM software, writing an evacuation plan, etc.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet production needs.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions, correspondences and memos.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- Personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and able to learn CMMS software.
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including, but not limited to telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping.
- Ability to answer the telephone and provide information/assistance to customers.
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors.
- Must be able to function with mínimal supervision and use independent judgment to achieve assigned objectives.
