SAP Applications Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP logistics solutions.
Manage a team of SAP analysts, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with business partners to analyze logistics requirements.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications for SAP configurations and enhancements.
Ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with other business operations.
Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements within the logistics landscape.
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Produce and maintain detailed documentation of SAP logistics configurations and processes.
Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions for end users.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated business processes and solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Over 10 years of proven experience in SAP logistics modules (MM, WM, SD, LE).
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing SAP implementation and support teams.
Extensive knowledge of SAP logistics functionalities, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in hands-on, lean environments with multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP AFS and FMS is highly desirable.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is highly desirable.
Project management experience is required.
SAP certifications in logistics modules (MM, WM, SD, LE) are a plus.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
