As our Sales and Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue by increasing reservations and events, building relationships with clients, and implementing innovative marketing strategies. Your primary objectives will include:
Increase company revenue through reservations and events.
- **Examples of events would include - Birthday parties, Adult parties, Team building, Mitzvahs, schools and camps, private events, mobile events, marketing events. **_
Market and sell our unique entertainment packages for private and corporate events.
Launch promotional days to boost revenue.
Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with our company's objectives.
Analyze sales data and provide reports to management to drive changes in our digital marketing plan.

Manage staff and events onsite at our facility and mobile events. You will be working with another Event's manager, and have the support of two assistant managers and GM.

Experience with CRM systems is highly preferred( We use HubSpot)

We are looking for someone that has the gift of gab, loves talking to customers, and getting rewarded for their efforts If your looking for a regular salary or hourly job, this is NOT for you. We want someone who we cut big checks to. ( This position has a base salary still, we just want someone that's motivated)

**Your essential job responsibilities will include**:
Sales and Client Management: Promptly respond to sales inquiries, track leads, and meet or exceed sales goals.
Event Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate events, Manage and schedule staff, and provide oversight and direction to ensure every event is a success.
Operational Tasks: Manage financial stewardship, maintain account reports, and ensure all equipment is up to standards.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members and create a workplace culture consistent with our organization's mission and values.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and its staff members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Adobe Suite products.
Availability to travel at least 25% of the time and work weekends and evenings as required.

You will need to be a hunter and cold call local park districts and schools for field trips or pep rally's. Network on LinkedIn and reach out to business and managers for events, team outings, etc. This is NOT just an inbound phone role.

**In return, we offer a competitive starting salary of $35,000 per year, with the potential to earn even more through our uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses. First year compensation is expected to earn a minimum of $55,000-$60,000. Average producer is expected to earn $78,000 per year, with no caps on earnings. Top producers can earn over 6 figures. After 90 days, based on performance, we may give an increase in salary and/or commissions Show us what you can do first.**
