Concrete Construction Project Estimator

Local Concrete Construction company is looking for a Project Estimator to join our team. We are looking for a team player to join our family of companies and help to contribute to our successes.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Concrete Construction Estimator at Bazella Group located in Whitehall, PA. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating construction projects, preparing bids, analyzing project specifications and drawings, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
**Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in construction estimation, including interpreting architectural and structural drawings, performing takeoffs, and calculating materials and labor costs
- Experience with estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in estimating concrete construction projects is a plus
- Being familiar with Foundation Accounting Systems and On-Screen Takeoff is a plus.
