Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Flatwork Foreman at Simone Companies in Shelby Township, MI.
Key Roles & Qualifications
- 5-10 years' experience in managing a crew and running a project
- Proficiency in expediting project timelines
- Experience with interior concrete slab on grade and/or exterior slab on grade
- Strong organizational and communication skills with crew member/customer/suppliers
- Strong knowledge of flatwork
- Monitor job progress to make sure project is on schedule
- Work with Superintendent and Project Manager to identify scope of work
- Willingness to travel within 1.5 hour radius around Southeast Michigan
