**Field Data Specialist **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**

**$21 to $25 per hour**, depending on experience.

**Field Data Specialist **REQUIREMENTS**

**Must be** abl**e** to travel **out-of-state **Monday **through** Friday** (home most weekends).

**Have **a **r**eliable** vehicle** to carry a 6-foot extension ladder and handle long-distance drives.

**Work outdoors **daily **in all types of weather.

**C**omfort**able** using **l**adder**s** to access roofs of commercial buildings (up to 25-feet).

**Able** to lift at least 50 pounds** independently.

**Site survey**, property inspection,** and travel requires **working **outdoors on** commercial properties**,** in sometimes challenging weather, including occasionally dealing with animals, bugs, or other elements found near shopping malls, warehouses, and commercial buildings.

**Field Data Specialist **ESSENTIAL SKILLS**

**A**ttention to detail and accuracy**: Following client-specific instructions, find, survey, and enter data without errors to ensure quality and credibility of site survey property inspection plans.

**Technical **proficiency**:Daily use of iPads, laptop computers, laser measuring tools, 3D cameras, aerial maps, and software for data entry, surveyor mapping, and reporting.

**O**rganizational and time management skills**: Meet travel and project deadlines, prioritize tasks, and follow instructions without oversight to meet goals.

**Physical agility**: Travel to sites, climb ladders, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and use hand tools, cameras, and tablet computers to enter property inspection survey data.

**Problem-solving and adaptability**: Find solutions to unexpected issues while traveling and performing data entry, adapt to changing commercial property inspection circumstances.

**P**rofessional communication skills**: Superb writing and speaking skills, including excellent spelling, grammar, and diction are paramount to succeeding in this role.

**Field Data Specialist **DESIRED EXPERIENCE**

**Experience in property **inspecting, **surveying**,** **and** data **entry**: Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous but not required. Data entry and experience with travel work is helpful.

**Strong work ethic and self-**direction**: Independent work without direct oversight, effectively handling ambiguity and making sound decisions, as well as being self-motivated.

**Teamwork and collaboration**: Working effectively with colleagues and clients, communicating promptly and professionally, and collaborating to resolve issues.

**Resilience and ability to handle pressure**: Professional composure while working outdoors to inspect and survey properties and perform data entry under tight project deadlines.
