Position Overview

Core Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for commercial properties.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the creation of yearly property budgets and financial projections.

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable activities.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage property tax evaluations and payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial and variance assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property accounting.
  • Proficient in property management accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong grasp of lease agreements, CAM reconciliations, and property tax computations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
