**Salary Range**: $120,000 - $150,000

**Position Overview**:
The Director of Human Capital Coaching/HR Leadership (HCC) plays a critical role in ensuring the team comprises over 90% A Players, co-owning this KPI with the CEO. Responsibilities include targeted recruiting, coaching, development of team members, and managing the corporate university/learning management platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement HR initiatives aligning with business goals.
- **Team Building**: Proven track record of building and maintaining teams with over 90% A Players.
- **Coaching & Development**: Design and manage training programs and learning platforms.
- **Talent Management**: Implement pay-for-performance programs and manage Labor Efficiency Ratios (LERs).
- **Change Leadership**: Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

**Key Criteria/Requirements**:

- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven history of training managers and developing teams.
- Experience with top grading preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Advanced degree or HR certification preferred).
