**Summary**:
**The primary role of the Retail Lead Generator is to engage with customers at retail locations and generate sales leads for our HVAC department. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude is required for this role. The Retail Lead Generator will set appointments and book free consultations for our customers**

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop an understanding of HVAC products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to educate them on the company’s services.
- Setting appointments with customers to conduct free estimates for replacement or maintenance services.
- Seek new sales leads through prospecting and providing exceptional customer service.
- Become a brand ambassador by understanding client needs through consulting and providing solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous Sales, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional tone
