**Responsibilities**:
1. **Order Verification and Processing**:

- Verify and process customers’ orders for shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare items for delivery, making sure the correct products are selected.

2. **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain awareness of product locations within the warehouse, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
- Receiving of new products
- Sort, arrange, and label goods to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Manage return, repack and donation process

3. **Collaboration and Record Keeping**:

- Work closely with buying and sales departments to ensure consistent availability of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.

4. **Technology Utilization**:

- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for all tasks, including order tracking, inventory management and order checking.
- Audit warehouse pullers to ensure proper scanning and efficient transfer practices.

5. **Physical Requirements**:

- Be capable of lifting and carrying cases weighing up to 60 lbs.

6. **Warehouse Maintenance**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Prepare products for inventory count cycles.
