- Maintain accurate records of tasks, timelines, and progress for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Evaluate team performance and individual contributions, providing feedback and recognition.
- Continuously assess and refine task management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
- Provide guidance, support, and inspiration to team members, fostering a positive work environment conducive to high performance and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in an environment managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in specific industry sectors relevant to the role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks.
- Previous experience leading or supervising teams.
