**Roles/Responsibilities**:
**Primary Lead for Task Management**:

- Manage both NIPR and SIPR tasks using TMT/ETMS2 or the latest task tracking system
- Serve as the primary lead for A4C overall workflow management and A4C Facilities Division Workflow Management
- Support SAF/IE workflow management

**Administrative Support and Coordination**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including task/suspense management, and quality assurance and control of task responses and task packages
- Validate completeness and accuracy of task responses, ensuring questions are answered correctly and in the right format
- Convey tasks to Client organizations and process tasks to Client and external offices
- Assign tasks in accordance with Government direction
- Answer stakeholder inquiries regarding task development and the task management database(s).

**Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Drive coordination and collaboration between Action Officers and across Divisions.
- Accept and distribute new TMT tasks on behalf of the A4C front office to A4C Divisions and SAF/IE 3-letter organizations.
- Perform reviews of completed tasks to ensure proper configuration and obtain corrections from Division workflows as needed.

**Required Skills and Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of four years’ experience leading office admin teams
- Knowledge of AF CE Programs and/or DoD technical writing
- Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT) or related task tracking systems is a plus

**Security Clearance**:

- DoD Secret is required
