**SALARY: $50,000 to $65,000**

Additionally, this position is expected to be 100% remote.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Coordinate staff activities
- Assemble packages for decision by Branch Leadership
- Perform task management and reporting functions
- Track meeting action items and conduct follow-up activities to ensure items are completed in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, English, IT, or related field
- Proven experience working in an administrative/executive assistant, or secretarial position
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled at prioritization, multi-tasking, and working independently

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Current DHS badge
- Current Public Trust clearance or higher

**SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/SECURITY CLEARANCE**:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance (Public Trust)
- Must work the lesser of 1920 or allowable billable hours under contract
