Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property
- Manage leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements with new and existing tenants
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the property.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards
- Prepare and manage budgets for the property, including rent collection and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, maintenance requests, and financial transactions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of property leasing procedures and laws
- Proficiency in property management software such as Sitelink and Storable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Note: This position requires relocation to live on site. Advertised compensation includes company paid housing and utilities for the onsite three bedroom / two bath house. This is a contracted laborer (1099) position.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
