HRis Analyst I

Transdev U.S. has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional to join our team as **HRIS Clerk** **reporting to the HRIS Manager.

**About the Role**:

- Efficiently and accurately input data into our ADP database.
- Review data entry requests for completeness and proper authorization.
- Proactively communicate and escalate data-issues to the appropriate resource.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information.

**Education, Licensing, and Certifications**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Keen eye for detail, impeccable accuracy, and excellent time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
- Previous experience in data entry or related fields is beneficial but not required.
- Pre-Employment Requirements:

- Must submit to drug testing and a criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- 100% of work is performed indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
- Work is performed in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
