Overview of Position:

This position plays a vital role as an HRIS Analyst supporting the HRIS Manager. It involves providing technical support for human resources, ensuring data integrity, conducting data analysis, testing system changes, writing reports, and analyzing data flows to identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support/maintenance, troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, and implementing/deploying fixes
  • Support HRIS end users
  • Write, maintain, and support reports or queries using appropriate tools
  • Assist in developing standard reports for customer needs
  • Collaborate in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches, documenting processes and results
  • Suggest process/customer service enhancements, innovative solutions, and policy changes
  • Offer user training and hands-on support, managing the ASKHRIS mailbox

Other duties as required.

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

This role requires a college or university degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience spanning 5 years.

Experience:

Five to seven years of relevant information systems experience in a decentralized setting is necessary. Proficiency with ADP Enterprise is a must.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • In-depth understanding of HRIS Systems like ADP Enterprise V5, Ceridian, UltiPro, or Workday
  • Experience in systems/module implementation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, including user training development and execution
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and departments
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information

Travel requirement is less than 5%.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Must pass drug testing and a criminal background check

  • Ability to work flexible schedules as required
  • Work performed indoors in well-ventilated facilities
  • Typical office or cubicle work environment equipped with necessary tools
