Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Instructional Aide** to join our team in the Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas As an **Instructional Aide**, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development.

Positions offered in virtual, in school, and in home We have multiple opportunities

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help students with assignments and reinforce key concepts
- Collaborate with teachers to address individual student needs

**Qualifications**:

- Associates Degree
- Previous experience working with students is a plus
- FBI Fingerprints
- PA Child Abuse Clearances
- PA Police State Record Check
- Diploma/Transcript

**Schedule**:
We are hiring supplemental, part-time, and full-time position with a daily commitment Monday through Friday. The flexible schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance.

**Location**:
This position is based in the Philadelphia. PA and surrounding area and involves in-home work. Create a comfortable and supportive learning environment for students within the convenience of their homes or school.
