**Summary**:Assist the Branch Administrator in providing guidance to the Branch Network. Understands the Banks legal and regulatory account agreement requirements and provides direction to the Branch network relative to these areas. Further will assist with misc. Branch Admin and security needs within the Branch Network.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Uphold FSB Standards of Behavior
- Customer Service - consider individual customer needs (internal and external) and strive to meet those needs with respect, compassion and integrity.
- Perform assigned functions supporting the Branch Administration Department which include:

- Assist with or lead training related to the account opening process including but not limited to Account titling and/or documentation requirements.
- Assist with branch cash audits and/or branch cash requests.
- Assist with misc. Branch Network reporting.
- Assist with Branch Network security.
- Assist or manage special projects.
- May perform a variety of duties as assigned, which can include:

- Verification of all aspects of new and revised Demand Accounts, Safe Deposit Boxes and HSA accounts.
- Managing and tracking all policy exceptions related to all new and revised Demand Accounts, Safe Deposit Boxes and HSA accounts.
- Document Imaging responsibilities.
- Provide technical support, including problem tracking, working with CSPI, and IT staff as needed.
- Ensure all scanned documents meet quality control standards as described within the document imaging policy.
- Provide training around the use of document imaging.
- Respond to inquiries and questions from internal and external customers.
- Other duties and assignments as required by management.

This position requires regular use of a computer. The employee must be able to travel between branch locations on a regular basis. The noise level in the work environment is usually light to moderate.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma and over 6 - 12 months experience
- Knowledge of core system required
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Analytical ability to review documents and verify they are in accordance with bank policy and procedures
- Ability to work within a team, assisting others when time allows
- Understanding of Branch Operations functions
- Good customer skills
