**About Harper’s Club**:Based out of Napa, CA, Harper’s club is a bespoke wine advisory firm with eight staff located across California, Colorado and Texas. We offer the very best wine, spirits, and experiences, and work closely with our clients to recommend wines that fit their preferences and build world class wine collections. We take great pride in our exceptional customer service, premium product selections, and long-lasting relationships with both clients and wholesalers.

**Job Responsibilities/Requirements**:

- Manage Founder’s calendar, correspondence, credit card expenses and reservations.
- Plan and book high-end travel itineraries and events for Harper’s Club clients.
- Manage third party contractors (website, marketing, social media, and public relations).
- Support the Founder in managing social media presence (discreet and mínimal).
- Assist in human resource management, including new employee on-boarding, backup payroll processing; compliance with California labor law.
- Provide general administrative support and planning, including weekly company meetings on Teams and biannual company meetings in person.
- Monitor and purchase office supplies, equipment, and electronics, working within the company’s sustainability plan.
- Book company travel, accommodation, and restaurants.
- Occasional wine deliveries or pickups from clients in the LA area.
- Occasional travel in support of Founder.
- Other tasks as assigned by Founder.

**Qualifications**
- 5-7 years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant
- Proven track record with travel management and HR administration
- Previous experience and network in the wine, travel or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in NetSuite required
- Professional written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent social media skills: Instagram, Facebook, X and scheduling platforms, such as LATER
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A creative mind with an ability to identify areas for improvement
- Undergraduate degree preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
