**Duties**:
- Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Oversee and direct construction projects on-site
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Prioritize time effectively to achieve progress payments on projects
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in BuilderTrend and other construction management software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, and project scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
- Experience in overseeing the build process from start to finish
Pay: $105,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year
