**Press Operator**

The **Press Operator** is responsible for setting up and operating the press machine used to form steel plate.
- Set-up of custom forming dies and assists in die fabrication.
- Lead the team on the best methods to produce parts safely and efficiently.
- Perform QC inspections and assure quality of all parts produced.
- Document best practices on all custom parts.
- Assist in estimating time required to press custom parts.
- Mentor press operator helper.
- Comply with all established safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dishing tank heads and other custom pieces.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand basic die design.
- Fabrication and welding skills are preferred.
