Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team You will inspect the requested project, answer questions and provide information, and help drive company revenue. This is a 1099 full commission position. A CSLB HIS license will be required, and we will assist you in the process.

**What your day will consist of**
- You will go through a training course to learn everything about roofing and home renovations a-z as well as sales tactics to close deals same day.
- First two weeks will consist of rigorous training and going to appointments with an existing sales rep.
- Following two weeks will be focused on canvassing in a set area to sharpen your skills and get comfortable speaking with potential clients.
- Once you receive your CSLB license, you will be provided warm leads and the rest is in your hands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers through door knocking
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Driving 60-70 miles a day to meet with potential clients provided to you by our appointment setting team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in D2D sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Driven and motivated
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Must be willing to work full time (40+ hours a week)

**About Platinum roofing and retrofit**:
We are a family owned home improvement company with the primary focus of roofing. We stand by our excellent customer service and outstanding quality of work.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- 1099 contract
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission only
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Uncapped commission

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Los Angeles, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
