Medical Receptionist Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise Front Desk personnal and manage their schedule
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and coding tasks
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Supervisor experience is needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with medical software such as Epic is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, fax machines, and phone systems
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
