**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to deal with clients and to be creative and sell landscapes, seasonal services, and construction projects. (Fountains, pools, court yards and etc.)
- PhotoShop, Auto CAD Drafter & computer skills, with good graphics and the ability to do contracts & estimates.
- Explore and analyze the needs of high end residential and commercial clients.
- Licensed Architect - a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience with Plant & Design knowledge.
- Must have experience with PhotoShop, MS Office, and/or similar software.
- Driver's License with good driving record (required).
- Able to pass background check and drug screen.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible with ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
- Exceptional horticulture knowledge of native, non-native perennials, shrubs, trees, and specimen plant material.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
