**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Advise clients on real estate market conditions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time
- Stay updated on real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process

Qualifications:

- Valid real estate license in the state of AZ
- Proven track record in sales is a plus

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $108,151.00 - $178,000.00 per year
