**Responsibilities**
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries
- Set appointments at the dealership for appraisal and purchase.
- Greet, confirm appraisal, and include the client in all steps of the process while transacting with the vehicle.
- Leverage all software and data provided to confirm and offer the appraisal amount for the vehicle purchase. This is inclusive of confirmation of their KBB ICO and describing any write downs regarding the confirmed appraised offer.
- Update client information in our CRM Report daily.
- Must be able to contribute to a positive team environment as this position is highly collaborative.

**Qualifications**
- Self-motivated and energetic
- A friendly/professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet daily goals
- Product knowledge/function is critical with all the different vehicles daily.
- Any auto industry experience a plus, specifically with Vinsolutions access, or appraising physical inventory with vAuto.

**Must possess**:

- Great phone skills
- Be very organized and have strong follow up ability
- Absolutely must have a positive optimistic personality and be excited to learn a new position
- Must be 100% honest and transparent with our customers at all times
