- **Hands-on Hero**: Get ready to roll up your sleeves You'll be actively involved in projects like bunker renovation, range improvements (including flattening), and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the course.
- **Mowing Maestro**: Efficient course management is key. You'll develop and maintain the mowing schedule, ensuring all areas are kept in pristine condition.
- **Irrigation Intelligence**: Optimizing our irrigation system for water conservation and course health will be part of your responsibility.

**Here's what you'll bring to the table**:

- **Proven Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent at a reputable golf course is suitable.
- **Leadership Qualities**: The ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively lead a team is essential.
- **Horticultural Expertise**: A strong understanding of turfgrass management, plant health, and proper agronomic practices is a must.
- **Irrigation Savvy**: Knowledge of irrigation systems and their efficient operation is crucial.
- **Budget Management**: The ability to manage a budget and allocate resources effectively is key.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: You can clearly communicate your vision, collaborate with the team, and provide exceptional customer service.
- **Problem-Solving Prowess**: You can identify issues, develop solutions, and think creatively to overcome challenges.
- **Valid California Pesticide Applicator License Required.**
