**ESSSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Copywriting
- Through marketplace SEO strategies and competitive analysis, optimize product listings for maximum visibility, relevance, and conversion rate.
- Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions for product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Continuously analyze marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and customer reviews, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks or violations.
- Promptly troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings and customer inquiries.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding marketplace performance, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong Copywriting Skills
- Proficiency in using marketplace seller central platforms and listing tools.
- Solid grasp of e-commerce principles, SEO techniques, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in online marketplace management, with a strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.
