**Responsibilities**
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts, which includes the oversight of 3-10 positions at one time
- Create social media presence regarding opportunities with the Company
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Support data entry, audits and reporting
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and legislation
- Performs diverse assignments covering a broad area of HR functions (i.e. employee relations, staffing, compensation management, organization development, training, etc).
- Various administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Maintain a strong level of confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Pay Transparency Act: $60,000 - $100,000/year; dependent on experience, qualifications, internal talent and external competitiveness
