**Job description**:
The Project Manager will oversee the building and installation process on site at customer locations.
- Direct and supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the Construction Safety Manuals, OSHA standards and common worksite safety practices.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
- Interpret and explain plans and direct the work as needed on site, ensuring design specifications are being followed.
- Self perform (when required) and oversee labor as needed to complete the work.
- Be the point person on site for owner contact on a day to day basis.
- Properly document the progress of the project, through daily photos and project logs.
- Maintain frequent communication with the office of job progress, upcoming project milestones.
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers / sub-contractors to construction sites.
- Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects and maintain inventory management.
- Take part in staff scheduling correspondence as needed.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
- Confer with office personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
**Qualifications**:
- Working knowledge of construction standards and practices
- Strong ability to lead multiple crews
- Bilingual is a major plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the building / construction industry
- Computer proficiency
- Inventory management / material handling
- OSHA certification
- Forklift Operation
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
