Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis with the potential to transition to a W2 role. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading inside and outside sales initiatives, developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing and providing marketing recommendations, and managing our social media presence across our entire portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and optimize our social media accounts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts.

- Must have the drive to give 100% to growing something awesome
- Proven experience in inside/outside sales, marketing, and social media management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to balance multiple projects at one time
- On Page and Off Page SEO Experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
