Job Overview:
We are a family owned home care agency located in Weymouth, MA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and assist with inquiries and provide support
- Provide appropriate solutions for any call outs or client/caregiver issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure their satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or caregiving is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze client and caregiver needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to access and use online scheduling software to retrieve and update information
**Job Type**: Part-time
Weekly day range:
- Rotating weekends
Work setting:
- Remote
Work Location: Hybrid remote in East Weymouth, MA 02189
