- Assist with strategic planning, process design, and systems analysis for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the Director of Product Development to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
- Support Senior Architects in keeping projects on track and moving forward by facilitating communication and resolving issues.
- Engage with both technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, provide guidance, and foster collaboration.
- Utilize technical understanding of the software development life cycle to contribute to project planning and decision-making.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities for process improvement, and propose solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports, to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Adapt quickly to changing project priorities and requirements, while ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- 1 - 2 years technical project management experience.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
- Scrum certification highly preferred.
- Experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML5, CSS and Java Script / JQuery.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
