Office Assistant/receptionist

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES**:
The duties of this position are customized but will include:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing professional and personal calendars.
- Managing internal and external correspondence
- Performing general office duties, typing, records management, creating and managing databases
- Insurance verifications and billing
- Developing and/or managing social media presence
- Maintaining credentialing panels
- Organize meetings and outreach activities
- Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in human services field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience as a front-end office/ administrative assistant in an office setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of agency practices and activities
- Expert knowledge of social media marketing, and platforms
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage time prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively and efficiently complete assigned duties with limited supervision.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
