**Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)/Driver - Gray Birch Residential Unit**

**Position Overview**:

- **Role**: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)/Driver
- **Location**: Gray Birch Residential Unit, Augusta, Maine
- **Schedule**: Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk

As a CRMA at Gray Birch, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality care and medication administration under the supervision of registered nurses. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents by assisting with their medication needs and ensuring a safe and orderly environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer medications to residents as per physician's orders.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
- Perform basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Maine CRMA certification is required.
- Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
- Valid Maine state driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.50 - $24.50 per hour
