Three Summers Creative is a growing Content Marketing Agency located in Somerville, NJ. We love solving client problems with compelling creative that drives our clients the results they need to grow We are looking for an on-the-ball type of person to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with our team and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using our productivity tool Hive.
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to client and internal team.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support project decision-making.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Facilitate meetings with teams and stakeholders to drive project progress.
- Ensure harmony with project contracts and agreements.
- Use tools like PowerPoint to create visual representations of project plans or processes.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of marketing project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Hive.
- Writing skills for creating clear and concise project documentation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint for creating visual representations of project plans or processes.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
