**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements against outstanding invoices.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to vendor payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to obtain proper approvals for invoices and resolve any billing disputes.
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly check runs, ensuring all payments are released on time.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Handle vendor inquiries and respond to requests for information regarding payment status.
- Generate and distribute accounts payable reports to management as needed.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) preferred.
