Part-time Human Resources Manager

Regis Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team and provide part-time HR guidance, direction, and support. Flexible hours of 25-30 hours per week with the ability to perform some work from home (remote).
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring HR practices and policies comply with state and federal law, maintain/update as necessary in accordance with changing legislation;
- Identifying and leading key HR processes to drive organizational effectiveness and maximize talent;
- Advising management in appropriate and legal resolution of employee relations issues;
- Providing HR guidance and coaching to employees and leaders on matters related to interviewing/selection, hiring, terminations, promotions, training, performance management and succession planning;
- Directing and administering the performance review process to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization; and
- Preparing employee separations including relevant documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons/identify patterns behind terminations.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Education: Bachelors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
- Experience with automated payroll system (e.g., Paylocity) preferred
- Team-player part of a smaller working environment
- Goal-oriented, fast-paced, with a focus on service excellence
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- **TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**:
- HR generalist experience supporting multiple functions
- Payroll experience
This position is vital to the success of Regis Technologies and the person must bring, in addition to professional knowledge, a personality to work with numerous individuals (staff, clients, constituents, vendors, etc.). Regis Technologies is a collaborative, innovative, and open environment that asks its staff to be responsible for multiple programs, utilizing a variety of skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 29 per week
