**_Position Summary:_**

Napleton Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC of Beaver Dam is looking for a Sales Professional, a dynamic and driven individual responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles. This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission, providing a potential income of $60,000 to $140,000+ a year. As an integral member of our team, the Automotive Sales Professional will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales goals.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently providing excellent customer service and actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs and recommending the best vehicle options.
- Conduct test drives and effectively present and demonstrate product features to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while effectively overcoming objections and providing solutions to customer needs.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of all current and upcoming vehicle models, features, and benefits.
- Continuously follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dealership lot.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**_ Requirements:_**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of successful automotive sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive industry.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
