Talent Acquisition Partner
- The Talent Acquisition Partner II is responsible for providing recruiting expertise and support to multiple assigned markets as needed. Following Calibers recruiting process/system and legal requirements, the position will network, source and screen applicants for a variety of individual contributor market/center level positions, as well as coordinate the hiring and selection process.

Develops and Executes Strategic Recruiting Plans:

- Communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment.
- Proactively communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, providing recommendations, and understanding recruiting needs. Provides regular updates.
- Posts open positions internally and on approved job boards. Using market and industry knowledge may recommend and utilize non-traditional posting opportunities
- Manages the offer process to ensure consistency, compliance with Calibers policy & practice, and a high rate of acceptance.
- Provide a clear handoff to HR Administrative Team to enable effective and consistent onboarding process.

Networking for Applicant Generation:

- Promotes and expands the teammate referral and alumni referral networks.
- Independently work with internal and external partners to form and maintain competitive intelligence on competitors within the market and follows Calibers guidelines on recruiting from competition.

General:

- Assist with routine projects related to recruiting, employment branding and the overall recruitment process as assigned.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Performs regular, in-market travel with occasional out of market travel.

**Requirements, Skills & Knowledge**:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
- 2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High volume recruiting experience preferred
- Familiar and demonstrates knowledge of a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Actions embody Calibers Core Values
- The ability to travel/work within your respective market required.
