**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to the dispensary team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure strict adherence to all state and local regulations governing the sale and distribution of cannabis products.
- Take responsibility for maintaining compliance records and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard the dispensary's assets, staff, and customers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Supervise inventory control procedures, including tracking product levels, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training to staff on compliance, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Foster ongoing professional development for the team to enhance overall performance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure a positive and customer-focused experience for all dispensary visitors.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Cannabis experience is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of Illinois cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Villa Park, IL 60181: Relocate before starting work (required)
