SUMMARY

Under general supervision and operating under established guidelines, this position will be (1) ensuring data integrity of all member accounts in the systemwide member databases; (2) support all aspects of the statewide membership dues invoicing, reporting, and collections operations; (3) lead the data input of the annual member directory survey; and (4) serving as a communications liaison between the membership services department and both internal and external customers (One Team staff and members).

MAJOR DUTIES

1. Mainly responsible for processing dues payments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly installments. Responds to dues inquiries from members, regional association partners, and staff on the status of membership accounts and dues installments. Assists in annual statewide dues process to include distribution of annual dues invoices and installments. Assist with past dues collections through follow-up accounting phone calls and/or coordinating with RVPs/regional association partners to draft and send out warning letters upon approval. (45%)

2. Responsible for data maintenance, data entry, data integrity, and verification of membership and dues data within the CRM system and the dues database. Communicate major data updates with various stakeholders. Responsible for running customized reports on demand. Responsible for monitoring Membership Inbox and responding to membership inquiries from members, regional association partners, and staff. (25%)

5. Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. (5%)

**REQUIREMENTS**:
2. Skill in database management; running and programming tables/queries, extracting and importing data, and report generation with the use of Microsoft Access or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.

3. Proficient in using and understanding various software programs - specifically, Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Advanced skills in Excel (VBA & Macros) preferred.

4. Skill in writing memos, letters, and various other printed information. Skill in communicating effectively and accurately both orally and in writing.

5. Skill in organizing own workload and producing accurate work; maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

6. Skill in maintaining a professional demeanor in person or over the phone. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgments as well as ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate effectiveness in doing so.

8. Knowledge of general office administration and practices.

9. Skill in typing no less than 60-65 words per minute.
