Sales Assistant

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and excellent organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders
- Prepare sales presentations and promotional materials as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team, including scheduling and sending out meeting agendas
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability
- Monitor Leaf Trade to track sales activities
- Collaborate with the team on business development strategies
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in English and Spanish, to address inquiries and resolve issues

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Leaf Trade, and Bio Track
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
- Experience in Cannabis-related products a plus
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Understanding of account management principles for maintaining client satisfaction
- Interest in business development and contributing to sales growth
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
