**About Elite Relief MD**: Elite Relief MD is a leading interventional pain management clinic seeking a skilled Receptionist/Medical Assistant. We specialize in innovative treatments like epidural, joint, and PRP injections, focusing on pain management without excessive reliance on medication.

**Job Summary**: In this role, you will provide essential support to our medical team and patients, ensuring the smooth running of our clinic through effective patient care management, administrative duties, and communication facilitation. We value precision, efficiency, and quality in every task undertaken.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
- Check patients in and out during their visits.
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic health record system.
- Handle administrative duties, including filing, copying, and faxing documents.
- Collect patient co-pays and verify insurance details.
- Assist in managing office inventory and supplies.
- Take and record patient vitals like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
- Assist medical staff with patient care as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and medical equipment.
- Manage social media

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a medical assistant or related role (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Service-oriented.
- Medical Assistant Certification (preferred but not required).

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

**Position Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, additional certification in medical administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in EMR systems; experience in vital sign measurements.
- Spanish language skills are preferred.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (preferred but not required).
- This is an in-person role.

**Work Schedule**:

- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

**Work Environment**:

- In-person setting at our modern clinic.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
