**Warehouse Associate**

Mascon Inc. is a fast-paced, International Organization Headquartered in Woburn, MA. Mascon has been providing Strategic Supply Chain Services to US manufacturers for more than 40 years.

We are looking for a hard-working warehouse associate to join our team. A successful warehouse associate should be able to follow company SOP, organized and detail-oriented. The Warehouse Associate should be able to keep good records and keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all aspects of shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, inventory accuracy.

**Job Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Comply with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies to maintain work accuracy.
- Understand timely shipping and shipping accuracy is the first priority in the entire work flow, Exceptional shipping procedures must be followed.
- Ensuring all administrative duties are completed on a daily basis.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple-competing priorities and deadlines
- Communicate with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Engineering personnel to identify urgency, discrepancy of any issues, follow through to get problem resolved.
- Contact carrier to assure pickup and delivery are on time.
- Excellent problem solving skills. Able to describe a problem and present realistic solutions
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse housekeeping to meet safety compliance according to company policies and OSHA regulations.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assume other special activities and responsibilities are assigned

**Job Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or Associate Degree preferred
- Experience of warehouse operations.
- Forklift certified.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.19 - $24.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
