Logistics Associate

As a Logistics Associate at ACS, you will play a vital role in supporting warehouse and logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met flawlessly. This role combines warehousing duties and account management responsibilities, which are the core functions of the business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process service requests within the Airport Courier Service shipment management system, generate quote, and verify shipping documentation where applicable
- Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Work with warehouse and dispatch team to coordinate resources for customer requests, including dispatching drivers for specific assignments
- Use customer software tools to track inbound and outbound parcels and cargo
- Perform cycle counts and track storage allocations by client
- Assist the warehouse team with loading and unloading cargo on trucks, organizing customer products in the warehouse, and other miscellaneous warehouse tasks
- Ensure proper stock of warehouse supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Drive on occasion to ensure business needs are met
- Manage special projects as requested by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license, with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and can easily commute
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Excellent verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to foster teamwork and motivate/coach others
- Decisive under pressure and time constraints
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Must be able to use ladders, step stools and stand for extended periods

**Day range**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Shift**: 11am - 7pm EST

**Salary**:$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
